Section 6
Medical systems under healthcare

(1) The following medical systems shall be under the Health Service:-
(a) Allopathy System of Medicine,
(b) Ayurveda System of Medicine,
(c) Homoeopathic system of medicine.
(2) Apart from the medical system mentioned in subsection (1), the Government of Nepal may prescribe other medical systems by publishing a notice in the Nepal Gazette.
